1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed starting on the next business day.

For example, an order placed after 4:00 PM EST on Friday may begin processing on the following Monday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

3–5 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total time from placing an order to delivery is:

1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping

Therefore, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days after the order is placed.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's delivery status through the applicable shipping carrier.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

debriya.shop is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.

6. Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs or other transportation issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first. You may also contact our customer support team for assistance.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location.

If the package still cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier and then contact us at support@debriya.shop.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and product so we can review the issue.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to receive the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping an undeliverable package.

9. Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees may vary depending on the order, destination, shipping method, or promotional offers.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
